"This morning, Mr. Chester Williams stated to me that I can't go in my own area where I live which is 46 West Collet Canal, because right now a gang war is happening right now and he told me until there is peace then I could come back. Now I don't understand why he is chasing me out of my own area where I make my own money because I am a fisherman. When I can't go to the sea, I scrape fish right at the market. Other people from other area where used to hang out there was told not to come back. I am the only one who lives at the area who they chased, they actually chased me from my own house like Mr. Williams want me to live on the street. I don't know what he want."

"So are you given a time frame that you will be able to go back to your house?"

"No, he says until he feels like peace is there. I don't know how long. If 5 years it takes until he sees peace, well it must be 5 years I must have to live on the street."

"What are you planning to do now? Will you go home? What is your plan?"

"Well I can't go home, because he said as I go back there he will lock me down and I'm not really into getting lock down. So right now I'm at one of my friend's house and I am trying to ask Mr. Williams why he is doing this because I need to make my money and live. I can't forever stay at my friend's house."

"Are you affiliated with any of the gangs in the neighborhood?"

"No, I'm not affiliated with any of that. I am affiliated with fisherman and people who scrape fish. That is my living."
THE Police Public Relations Office was asked to comment and they said that the young man is merely making an allegation and he needs to take a formal complaint to the Professional Standards Branch.
