The complainant, 31 year-old Shari Bradley, reported to police that her Alexandria Street home was burglarized on Wednesday. She checked her belongings and realized that an assortment of her jewelry, worth over $11,000 dollars, had been stolen.

Police investigated the report and they charged both Ferguson and August with burglary. They were arraigned before Magistrate Carlon Mendoza, where they pleaded not guilty and were released on $5,000 dollars bail.
