On Friday morning San Pedro police searched in an overgrown lot on Jewfish Street where they found a large plastic bag with about 30 pounds of cannabis.
Later, at around midday,Belize City police searched an abandoned cement structure on Pink's Alley. They found about three grams of cannabis as well as 11 live rounds of 9mm ammo. During another search, this time under a bridge on McKay Boulevard, authorities found a black Remington 870 12 gauge shot gun and five more rounds of 9mm ammo.
All items were deposited as Found Property.
