"The last time I saw him, he said he was going to a wedding in San Roman. He went and I didn't see him after that until today I got the news. He was a person that like to drink. But he is not a troublesome person. he drinks, that's all he does."

Voice of: Area Resident
"I saw him Saturday in the park and I spoke with him. The man, he told me, his name was Oswaldo Toledano and I told him I was going to buy. I went to buy and I moved from him. A lot of people saw me and I told my nephew I was talking to him and I went to the shop and he told me he was going to a party. Then Sunday morning I was heading to Orange Walk and I saw his bike here and I move his bike. I didn't think it was his. I didn't see anything in the water, so I pass and I went."
