“I am now being told that since the agreement also said though that out of that second portion, that is to come to the people of Belize, he is entitled to deduct his expenses incurred in trying to recover the money. I am now being told that those expenses will amount to something like at least 75% of the second payment. How you will tell me that and talk to me about settling anything? You said, and I recollect, in going back and forth- didn’t want to agree to the accommodation agreement coming in to Belize at all- and I said: but you claim that you don’t own these shares, that these shares belong to a charitable trust. So why on earth will you have a difficulty with the charitable trust, showing that they are indeed charitable, that it’s not a commercial thing, and that’s how he agreed. Now he will turn around and say to me: well my expenses dah 75, 80 percent; no man! That in my view is absolute unutterable bad faith.â€
