Belizeans and Poultry: “Tea, Dinna, Tea”

Whether its that egg, you had for breakfast, that stew chicken you had for lunch, or that fried chicken you're trying not to eat tonight, Belizeans consume poultry products morning noon and night. And the Belize Poultry Association would like you to do it as an afternoon snack as well! That association is holding its 21st Annual General Meeting in Belize City right now and Chairman, David Reimer told us every Belizean consumes an average of 190 eggs per year:
Reimer also told us that the recent HACCP (HACAP) certification will help Belize to market our poultry products in other, larger regions.
