But the PUP has been on the outside of the official meetings with the OAS and Guatemala. That's because in June of last year, the party rejected the process and the trajectory in which it seemed to be headed. The party said the process wasn't designed to deliver results or a resolution to the dispute. And since then they have not returned to the table with the Government.
