Tonight, Elijah Burke remains in police custody pending charges for killing his own sister, 29 year old Juliane Burke. As we told you, it happened on Sunday night in front of her 6 year old son. She had just picked him up and was about to take him for a walk, when her brother appeared out of nowhere. He chopped her several times, chasing Juliane and her young son out on the street. She fell into the drain, and that is where he continued to savage her. He escaped before police could arrive. They rushed her to the hospital and she died 12 hours later. He had been on the run, but last night, at a little after 8:00, Northside police captured him on New Road. He is in custody pending charges for murder. "The motives were actually stupid. He believe in the crap called "obeah" and he believed that I guess my wife was "obeah-ing" him. I don't know why for what reason, because I've been with her almost 4 years now and she don't practice that nonsense because we don't believe in that.
