On Wednesday, Trial Farm resident Sergio Loria appeared in the Orange Walk Magistrate's Court where he was charged for unlawful sexual intercourse and remanded into custody. According to reports, a 13 year old girl and her mother went to Orange Walk Police the day before and reported that Loria had sex with the minor.
Today, Loria was released on $7500 dollar Supreme Court bail under the condition that he appear at the Orange Walk Magistrate's Court on May 4 and any date he is called after that. He must also report to the Orange Walk Police Station every Friday starting April 14, and he must not interfere with any of the prosecution witnesses.
