And from panic…to Paranda, we close tonight we one of the seminal sessions to revive this Garifuna musical tradition. It's a 1999 rehearsal at the House of Culture in Belize City. The old government house had never sounded so rowdy as when Paul Nabor, Andy Palacio and Aurelio Martinez crashed there with the first version of the Garifuna All Star Band.
