One More Committed for Supreme Court Trial in Bou-Nahra Home Invasion
posted (April 11, 2017)
Paul Jex Jr. will stand trial in the June session of the Supreme Court. That was what came out today's preliminary inquiry in relation to the 2015 Sarkis Bou Nahra home invasion/rape case. As we had reported in July 2016 Paul Jex Jr. was charged for raping Sarkis Abou Nehra's maid in front her husband and child during the raid. DNA results that were sent to Miami, directly connects Paul Jex Jr. to the rape. The supreme court session is set to begin on June 20th.

So far, Brandon Baptist, Tyrone Meighan, and John and Sheldon Grinage have been committed to stand trial for aggravated burglary at the home of the diplomat.

Originally, as many as 18 persons were dragged to court on different charges relating to this aggravated burglary. Almost all saw their charge withdrawn at the end of the preliminary inquiry, due to insufficient evidence.
