posted (April 13, 2017)
On Monday, we told you about Leroy Goff, the apparent paraplegic who was arraigned in the Magistrate's Court. He was and read charges of dangerous harm and aggravated assault, and remanded. Goff is accused of shooting Delson Paguado and pointing his gun at Paguado's 14 year old brother. According to reports, Goff opened fire on Paguado in front of his home in San Pedro. After firing another shot and threatening the younger Paguado, Goff tried to escape but was shot and subdued by the neighbors. That was at the end of March, but because of his condition Goff has been in the hospital since then with a bullet lodged in his neck.

Goff went back to court today, still in the wheel chair - but this time it was to get bail. The Supreme Court released him on bail of $7500 today under the condition that he return to court on June 29 and any date he is required to after that. He must also report to the Mahogany Street Police Station every two weeks and he is not to interfere with any of the prosecution witnesses, especially the Paguado brothers.
