Police are reporting that they have taken 22 pounds of marijuana off the streets.
The bust was made On Good Friday when officers found 20 pounds of marijuana in an abandoned lot on Water Lane. The officers also found marijuana plants, and one person has since been charged.
Police also found 2 more pounds compressed cannabis in an abandoned lot just outside the city on the George Price Highway.
