Back in March, Contractor Elmer Larios was accused of assaulting a man he found at his girlfriend's house. He was remanded because the assault involved a firearm. Well, today in court, the man he allegedly assaulted, Elbin Valle took the stand and told Magistrate, Emmerita Anderson that he wanted no court action against Larios. Valle told the court, quote, "he and I had already talked and worked things out." With that, the charge was withdrawn from against Larios and both men walked out the court room, with Valle behind Larios.
