There was a serious accident on the Hummingbird Highway near the Agriculture Showgrounds this afternoon at around 3:00. It was a three vehicle collision between a Toyota Hilux, a Chrysler Minivan and a Prado Land Cruiser.
We can confirm that no one was killed, but the vehicles were very badly damaged. It appears to have started with the van rear ending the government Hilux which was turning into the showgrounds. The led to another collision with the Land Cruiser. The road remained blocked for about an hour while police and the fire department cleared up the highway.
