On Monday, the Green Climate Fund held a regional Conference in Placencia at the Belize Ocean Club. This fund arises from the Paris Agreement, where 148 countries committed to curb greenhouse gas emissions mitigation and bring down global temperatures.
Well, the Fund is about setting the agenda for what are called small island developing states, including Belize - which though not an island is linked with its Caribbean counterparts.
