Jennifer Smith won the 2017 Miss Y seenager pageant hosted by the YWCA at the Bliss CENTER last Saturday night, June 17.Miss Smith also won the title of Miss Amity as she charmed the judges with her talent presentation - singing "My Bonnie lies over the Ocean",
Ex-BDF officer Jean Lucas won first runner-up, singing a beautiful religious hymn for her talent presentation; and she was sashed as Miss Vivacious.
