"While you may not be seeing murders they are other crimes being committed and as I've said we will go after those crimes or those persons committing those crimes that will not change. So we have been doing that so far, we have been carrying out our functions. There has not been any abuse of anybody's rights and we intend to continue that way by carrying out our function without abusing anyone and respecting people's right."
