The Police Press Office hasn't released any details but 7News has received reports from Dangriga saying that the cops shot a 17 year old in that southern town. Sketchy information says police pulled up in an area of the town and one of the officers got jumpy and shot the teenager. He was taken to the Southern Regional Hospital, where he is stable.
Civilian sources tell us that the shooting was unjustified.
