Twenty-three year old Dangriga resident, Keenan Flores appeared in the Magistrate's Court today where he was charged with drug trafficking. According to reports, police acted on information received and searched a sky blue GMC Jimmy, which is allegedly owned by Flores. The cops found 2.2 kilos, or five pounds of cocaine in the back seat of the vehicle.
When he appeared before Senor Magistrate Sharon Fraser, Flores pled not guilty. However, because of the amount of cocaine, the court was unable to offer him bail.
Flores was remanded into custody until October.
