Former Alleged Murderer, Kendale Green Back Before Court
posted (August 14, 2017)
Today 24-year-old Kendale Green appeared in the Magistrate's Court, where he was charged with deadly use of harm and wounding. According to reports, Green shot one Margaret Ramirez on Thursday and was subsequently caught by police and arrested. Green appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser who explained that she would take no plea because his offense is indictable. She was likewise unable to offer Green bail because the offenses were committed with a firearm. Green was remanded into custody until October.

In December 2010, when he was just 17, Green was accused of the murderer of taximan, Francis Chukwu, but was acquitted almost 5 years later because of a lack of evidence.
