Chan Chen is is the northernmost village in Belize - and with increasing volumes of marijuana coming in through the north - it's not unexpected to find whole sale quantities of weed passing through. Today in Chan Chen police conducted a joint operation that turned up 19.5 pounds of cannabis in an open lot. No one was around, so it was labelled as found property.
