Yesterday we told you about the fatal accident in Orange Walk Town which happened on Sunday. Well, tonight police are reporting that the 20 year old driver, Ramon Dominguez, was formally arrested and charged for Manslaughter by Negligence, Causing Death by Careless Conduct and Drove motor Vehicle without due care and attention. He was arraigned today and received bail of $6,000 with an adjournment date for November. The result of a blood alcohol test IS PENDING.
Dominguez crashed into a lamppost and caused the death of his 51year old passenger Raymond Leopold Hendricks.
