Yesterday the cacao and chocolate industry of Belize were highlighted at the inaugural International Day of Cacao and Chocolate all the way in Brussels, Belgium. Hundreds of chocolatiers from all around the world attended. Belize was one of six countries that had a special booth showcasing our fine chocolate and cacao products. The main purpose of the event was to bring together all the Cocoa grows and chocolatiers to share different experiences and ideas on how the key factors can work closer together in the cacao value chain.
