So, while Belize City police try to solve that murder from yesterday evening, Dangriga Police say that they've been steadily making progress with the murder of 46 year-old Bullet Tree butcher, Luis Sierra.
We told you yesterday how they charged Saul Campos with murder, and Lyndon Lewis with conspiracy to robbery. Campos is believed to have been the gunman who shot Sierra, and Lewis was the property owner in the Valley Community where Sierra's body was found. He was charged with conspiracy because police believe that he lured Sierra to his property, with false promises of a business transactions to sell cattle.
Well, police have since re-arrested Lyndon Lewis, who was out on bail for the conspiracy charge. He is now jointly charged with Saul Campos of the crime of murder. These men are being accused of colluding with each other to murder Sierra.
Lewis has since been arraigned at the Dangriga Magistrate's Court, and he has been remanded until November 6.
