An alleged killer was also charged today - this one in Belize City. 23 year old Steve Martin Moss was charged with the murder of 31 year old Daniel Anderson.
When he appeared before Chief Magistrate Sharon Fraser. Moss was also charged with 2 counts of attempted murder and 2 counts of use of deadly means of harm for the other party goers who were injured. Moss was remanded to prison.
The incident happened on Sunday morning at Alex Underwood's 28th birthday celebration at Bismark Club. Daniel Anderson was at the party with friends and a confrontation was sparked between Moss and Anderson while another started up with Anderson's girlfriend and another female. It turned into street brawl where Moss allegedly pulled out a gun and shot Anderson to the chest. Underwood was shot in both his hands and Crystal Flowers, was shot in her cheek. Moss was remanded into custody until December 4th.
