And while we've reported on the two weekend murders, there were also a pair of shootings. On Friday night, 32-year-old Ladyville resident Alrick Gotoy was walking at the corner of Partridge and Banak Street when a man on a bike fired several shots at him. Police did visit the area but no witnesses came forward to speak. It was a close call for Gotoy who was shot to the chin and is stable at the KHMH. Police continue to investigate.
