Last night we told you about Bernard Cayetano, known as "Unlimited" the musician who is a part of the musical camp managed by Kenneth Big Tom Flowers. Flowers told us "Unlimited" was arrested when the 21 year old went to pick up items at Big Tom's apartment. He added that police had beaten him and injure his foot.
Well, today Cayetano appeared in court on charges brought on by the Constable Bernal Valdez. Valdez alleged that when they went to search "Big Tom's" house on 4242 Croton Lane, Cayetano was there and he reportedly assaulted the officers, obstructed them, and resisted arrest.
However, in court, Cayetano explained that he was simply there to get clothes for his manager big Tom. While in the room the police barged in, drew their weapons, and proceeded to viciously beat him. Cayetano also said that they told him not to say anything about the incident or else they would take him up the road and finish him off. Cayetano pled not guilty to the charges and his next court date is set for January 13th, 2018. Cayetano sustained severe injuries to his abdomen, head, and leg.
