Justin Wants Justice, Says Cops Lied
posted (October 31, 2017)
A female police officer said he punched her in the chin in a scuffle outside a nightclub, and today, youth activist, Justin Usher was arraigned on a charge of assault.

Last night we showed you the video captured after his arrest when a tearful Usher was pleading for justice.

The dispute it appears, was over a hat, which, we see a police officer putting on his head during the street-side detention.

But, the hat is not what Justin Usher is upset about, it's the allegation that he punched a female cop. Today, outside court he discussed the inconsistencies in the case and told the media that he was unfairly charged:...

Justin Usher, Says he's Being false Accused
"A female police officer has made a false statement against me, fabricated a story to ruin my integrity and my reputation to bring me down. I believe that it is a target, because nothing happened as what she said happened and I just want to make it clear to the nation, that if in deed what she said had happened then why am I not in behind bars? Why am I not locked up? If I was in deed drunk why wasn't a urine sample had taken from me? Why wasn't a medical report taken if she had said that I in deed hit her in the face, why wasn't that done? I believe that if I had really hit her. Come on, if I had hit that female officer, you guys saw the video, the police would not have dealt with me so calmly. I would have probably end up in the hospital on the trends of other civilians that had gotten in confrontation with the police before."

"You're just being targeted politically? Why are you being targeted?"

Justin Usher, Says he's Being false Accused
"I believe that I am being targeted politically because there is a lot of rumors gong around saying that I am a PUP candidate and that I am running for PUP slate and that I am a councilor. None of that is true. I am not running for any party and I am just here a change for development in the youths and betterment for the country. I feel like what they are trying to do is trying to discredit my credibility. They are trying to ruin my reputation if in deed I so choose to take the pot to become political leader of that sort."

Today in court, he pleaded not guilty and was received bail of $1,000 dollars. He wanted to explain what happened, but Magistrate Aretha Ford explained to him that he need not explain at this time.

He was to have been arraigned yesterday, but WPC Christal Noralez, was the arresting officer and the complainant. He had to turn himself in and be re-arrested - which his attorney Kareem Musa advised him to do.
