Simple Accident Leads To Court Case

She's accused of simply opening her car door into oncoming traffic - but police say it caused major injury to a woman on bicycle.

So, today, 26 year old Honduran Jenny Robles, the co-owner of Creative Marketing, was charged with negligent grievous harm when she appeared yesterday before Senior Magistrate Aretha Ford. She pled not guilty to the charge and she was released on a bail of $2,000 dollars with an adjournment until January second.

The incident occurred on October 17 on Albert Hoy Street. Alva Moody, was riding her bicycle on Albert Hoy Street when Robles opened the door of her white club wagon and Moody slammed into the door and received injuries that were classified as grievous. Robles was represented in court by attorney Estevan Perrera.
