The ACT police operation has come up with two drug and ammunition busts recently.
Yesterday at noon, police searched a swamp in on Patridge Street Extension where officers found a bucket with 19 parcels of compressed cannabis, weighing in at 2.2 kilos, or 5 pounds.
At almost the same time today, officer in the ACT operations conducted two searches that resulted in busts.
On Oleander Street they found ten live rounds of .380 ammunition along with 4 bags of cannabis weighing 1.1 pounds.
After that that they searched the cemetery and found four rounds of .38 ammunition and one round 9mm ammunition. No one was in the area, so the items were labelled, sealed, and deposited as found property.
