Senior Transport Officers from all around the country were in Belmopan yesterday for an important meeting with their new boss. He's Chief Transport Officer, Tirso Galvez, who was recently appointed to the post after months of holding over as the Acting Chief.
In the afternoon, senior officers from all districts were afforded the opportunity to raise specific matters affecting their areas of responsibility.
Galvez explained that he is well aware of the many challenges confronting the department:
