"He was driving a vehicle by East Collet Canal where he was intercepted by a regular police patrol. They inspected the vehicle and it did not have any license, so he was arrested and charged last night and he was given bail to appear in court. He was charged with driving motor vehicle without a valid drivers licensed and failed to display the licensed sticker. Those were the 3 offences that he was charged for last night. He was granted bail and he is to appear in magistrate court at a later date."
Castro was given sign-bail, and appeared in court the following day for a routine arraignment.
