BELTRAIDE has been celebrating entrepreneurship throughout this month, and to close out the month of honouring entrepreneurs, they held their 3rd annual ENTRECON event. The goal of the event is to bring different entrepreneurs together to share ideas and promote businesses. We found out more.

"Today's theme is connecting ideas and creating opportunities. It is how we continue to celebrate entrepreneurship at all levels. How do we not only celebrate it but support it? Today we talk about accessing financing. We talk about how it is that you get your idea off the ground. We talk about how it is as a government and other key stakeholders. What are our roles to encourage the development of the ecosystem so that Belize as a country can develop through entrepreneurship?"
"Today also has an expo so across the hall is an expo of some of our signature clients and how they are able to have their dream come through because of the support. Whether it is support from BELTRAIDE or support from financial institutions."

"I am here as a panelist to talk about entrepreneurial ecosystems and why we need them and we do need them but particularly it is always lovely to sit in these groupings and feel the energy of the entrepreneurs because the thing about entrepreneurs is that there is always energy, there is always creativity. There is this desire to go forward and a complete lack of fear and it is nice to sit in a room of people that are just ready to get going."
