A 43 year old prisoner has been charged for raping his male cell mate. On Friday Hattieville police formally arrested and charged the convict with (2) two counts of Unnatural Crime and (1) one count of Harm. He is set for arraignment in court tomorrow because a removal order is being prepare to send to prison to have him be brought to court.
