The man who was the main suspect in Mark Vasquez's murder has been released without a charge. He is 18 year old Usbaldo Nieto - and he was also injured in a knife fight with the 53 year old car dealer. Police said that the case will require some deeper investigation.

"18 year old Osbaldo Nieto was detained and he was admitted to the hospital with several injuries. The doctor has already treated him and he was discharged two days ago. He was brought into custody and questioned. After reviewing all the statements that we had recorded, the young male person, Mr. Nieto, was released and the investigation is still continuing at this point."

"The investigation is only pointing to 2 person; the deceased and Mr. Nieto."

"Was there any element of self-defense or any suggestion of that?"

"As I had mentioned the matter is still under investigation and as soon as we have any other information I will share it with you guys."
Nieto was hospitalized and the doctors classified his injury as grievous harm.
