And, the cops are also trying their best to accommodate the family of 49 year old Belize City resident Mark Pollard went missing on a morning run in early July.
Assistant Superintendent Cowo say they even went and broke open a grave in Lord Ridge Cemetery to follow up on rumours that his remains may have been in there:

"Reference the missing person Mr. Pollard, several rumors have been coming out remains being found. Let me inform you that yesterday we received permission from the Health Department and this morning the police department along with family members broke the tomb of the Pollard's at the Lord Ridge Cemetery and it was viewed and there is no bones additional in there as was allege by other persons. So that matter is still being investigated as a missing person."
The search for both Pollard and Humes continues.
