At around 1:00 today, two special constables on duty at Terminal 1 of the Fort street Tourism Village searched Forty-two year old Ryan Kong when they saw him acting suspiciously. They found 0.9 grammes of cocaine in a plastic bag in his back pocket.
He pleaded guilty when he appeared today before Magistrate Michelle Trapp. He was fined $500 dollars plus $5 dollars court cost, which he paid immediately. If he had defaulted on payment he would have served 2 months.
