Police Charge Three For Roaring Creek Murder, Also Gt Murder Weapon
posted (January 25, 2018)

All Kimberly Smith wants is justice for the killing of her 31 year old common law husband Thomas Henry.  Well, Belmopan police have delivered on that justice and solved this case rather quickly. A trio of Roaring Creek men men have been charged. They are 18 year old Tyler Cruz, 22 year old Joseph Cadle and 19 year old Israel Cadle. Cruz and Joseph Cadle were charged with Henry's murder. Cadle was also charged with attempted murder, use of deadly means of harm and wounding for shooting Kimberly Smith in the back. Israel Cadle was charged with possession of unlicensed ammunition. That weapon is believed to be the one used in the shooting.  Joseph Benjamin was additionally charged for two counts of Attempted Murder, one count of Use of Deadly Means of Harm and Wounding.

Just to note Tyler Cruz had just gotten off a murder charge last week Friday. Cruz was accused of stabbing of Dernell Brown to death at the 2015 Agriculture Show

Belmopan police also say that these arrests have led them to solve another murder in that jurisdiction.  No details were released, but we know that investigators reportedly found the murder weapon with live rounds - which has great evidential value.
