"Well I am certainly convicted in what I will do on that day. I certainly believe that it was an egregious act or several egregious acts that were committed by the then prime minister and his government in costing the Belizean public millions of dollars and I find that I cannot in good conscience support the payment of that debt."
The meeting is rumored to be scheduled for March 16th.
