Yesterday, we showed you the UDP's manifesto launch for its Belize City slate.
But one burning question we had for the man at the head of that slate is what kind of Mayor he'll be. His predecessor Darrrell Bradley was a part -time mayor who juggled his time between his private law office and the Mayor's office. The voters seemed just fine with it - since we had brought it to light early in his first term - and he was easily elected for a second term.
So we asked Dion Leslie, if elected, whether he will also be juggling between his private family business at Leslie's Imports - and the Mayor's office. Here's what he said:...

"Of course before I even made this decision to put my name on the ballot to run for mayor, it was a decision that was made with of course dialogue with my father, my brother, my uncle and all those involved in family business and they've given the go ahead to fulfil my political dream, so to speak, and I will be a fulltime mayor."
Leslie is the operations manager and shareholder at Leslie's Imports.
