There was a massive manhunt for the killer but the hunt is over because he turned himself into authorities and reports say he is a Belizean that grew up in Mango Creek.

He is 21 year old Hezron Parks. Parks told Arizona police that he was heading home after spending time a clubs in the Scottsdale area when Brayer who was sitting in a golf cart started saying things to him.

Parks says that Brayer then approached his vehicle and moved toward him which led Parks to grab his .40 calibre firearm and shoot Brayer in the head.
