And while that was Monday - there was better news coming out of the Belmopan Supreme Court today.
The two men convicted of killing Sylvan Roberts Jr. were today sentenced for murder.
Donovan Casildo and Brian Clarke were found guilty. Casildo was sentenced to life with possibility of parole after 25 years and Brian Clarke was sentenced to 18 years imprisonment.
Roberts was killed in the Hill View area of Santa Elena in 2013 - in a home invasion robbery where the thieves got off with a mere fifty dollars.
