Yesterday we told you that 46-year-old taxi driver Bruce Manger experienced a harrowing incident after he was kidnapped, tied to a tree, and abandoned at mile 11 on the George Price Highway. The kidnappers stole his vehicle and two thousand dollars that was inside. Since then, the police have recovered the vehicle and it now sits at the Raccoon Street police station. It is unclear if the money was recovered or if any suspects have been detained. Mangar today declined an interview.
